Who Is Fabian Robles ? Fabian is a professional sugar artist and certified pastry chef who lives in his “Hub City” hometown of Lubbock, Texas. Truly passionate about his career, Fabian graduated from the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts (Austin, Tx) in 2015, and has won numerous local and national competitions for his skills in cake and sugar flower art.
Night falls and the town’s chef must prepare the next day’s bakery goodies before morning. Soon, the town folk will arrive to consume the latest of sweet treats but will they show up happily surprised or, will they go home hungry and displeased? Where will the chef get his inspiration from? Come, venture along with him as he looks for ideas late at night!
